Breakfast:
  • Dim sum: shu mai, har gao, lotus root cake, ground pork dumpling

  • Black tea

Lunch:
  • Rice stick noodle w/peppered fish sauce

  • Vietnamese salad

  • Roasted pork

  • Boiled chicken w/ginger spread

  • Bread

  • Fanta orange soda

After lunch dessert:
  • McDonald's Hot Fudge Sundae w/ chopped peanuts
